We do not publish a price sheet – There is always something slightly different about each job and we like to give an accurate quote. This means there are no disappointing surprise costs for you and we make sure we don’t go broke.
When you contact us let us know the following:
- How many pieces you want printed?
- If you have more than one design keep in mind that your price break will be determined by the quantity of each design not your entire order.
- What item you want printed (shirt, hoodie, polo, etc)
- What Ink color you would like the item to be (ink color guide)
- How many colors to be printed in each print location (print placement guide, print sizing guide)
- A file of the design if you have it, or a description of the design you want (we can also help with artwork)

We’ll send you a quote and a digital proof of the item. This will be a mockup of the design placed on a color template of the item to be printed.
Screen set up: $20 for the first screen and $10 for each additional screen. We will keep these on file for up to one year. After 1 year we will still have digital file of your design but will have a re-burn fee of $10 Any changes in the artwork will be considered new screen set up.
Art Charges: Art will be billed at $35 per hour min of $20.
When submitting artwork, Macintosh formats are preferred, while Windows-based PC formats will still work. Vector-based ai or pdf files are preferred over pixel-based jpg files. If you are submitting jpg files make sure they are 300 dpi.
Adobe Illustrator (MAC/WindowsPC):
All text must be converted to outlines to prevent the need for us to have your exact font. Images of photos or drawings placed into and AI file may not be useable.
CorelDraw files may be used. All Type or Text must first be converted to outlines. The file must be saved as ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR FILE type, which is an option when you hit save, in a pulldown menu in the dialog window box.
Adobe Photoshop (MAC/WinPC):
Black and white outlines. Image size should be at least 4″x4″ for small designs and at least 10″x10″ for large designs. Resolution should be 300 dpi. For photographs, the image type should be BMP(Bitmap) at.
To submit your artwork, you can bring files to us on a USB flash drive or email the files to Miles@Milestshirts.com.
Upon approval we can send a PayPal invoice (for secure credit card payment) or you can pay by check or money order. Personal checks will require bank clearance before we start the order.
Payment for orders are due upon proof approval.
Turn around is typically 10-12 business days for most orders but due to availability of some blank garments it may take longer. We strive to turn around orders as fast as possible and if we can do it quicker, we certainly will!
We can ship to most anywhere using Fedex, UPS or USPS.
We charge only actual shipping costs.
